WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. — 800 growers of fresh produce and their value-added counterparts will be gathering at the Kalahari Resort Jan. 24-26 to learn, network and enjoy their common interests at the Wisconsin Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Conference (WFFVC).
The WFFVC includes more than 80 educational sessions, a trade show, networking opportunities and needed rest and relaxation for family and friends in the produce business. Tracks will be offered in seven areas: apples, grapes, berries, vegetables, farmers markets, wineries and success strategies. Attendees can mix and match, attending any session that peaks their interest.Participating organizations include the Wisconsin Apple Growers Association, the Wisconsin Berry Growers Association, the Wisconsin Grape Growers Association, the Wisconsin Farmers Market Association, the Wisconsin Fresh Market Vegetable Growers Association, the Wisconsin Winery Association and the University of Wisconsin-Extension.
Conference registration is $85 per person for all three days. A trade show will be held on Jan. 25-Jan.26.
